The tour
The adventure begins when you are picked up at the hotel and taken by car to the first stop: San José de Maipo, a small and picturesque village founded in 1792, located 48 kilometers from the capital and declared a national monument.
Then, you will continue the tour to El Yeso Reservoir, located 2,500 meters above sea level. It is the main water reservoir of Santiago de Chile and its turquoise waters, with the wonderful Andes Mountains as a backdrop, are the protagonists of this natural spectacle.
During the trip you will be able to appreciate a hanging glacier, an amazing Andean mountain system, and the typical flora and fauna of the area, such as foxes, eagles and Andean condors.
